Hoping you can tell that she and her friend (Amiee's simself) are playing DDR.  Really miss those light floor tile things from TS2.

Next up is Sims Next Top Model... I joined it because I haven't really done a lot of fashion oriented stuff. For this assignment we were to make the sim look sculpture-like and not have a whole lot of clothing hehe.

If i were going to keep them (which don't get me wrong.. I'm tempted) I'd just use the silver or gold.. But if I want them to sell I guess I'd better get some matching ones.  UGH neverending money pit.

For Sun :)

You see her around ts3 as Sun2401.  She's been an awesome friend to me for a long time now, and we seriously have so many memories together, soooo though it's nothing in comparison to the friendship she's given me and great advice, I wanted to do something (as I have for some of my other friends) for her.

I really wanted hers to be special though so I sorta.. well I didn't scrap the first one...still gave it to her lol but wasn't happy with it so I made another xD

LOVE MY CAMERA!!!!!

Sooo I loved my old camera, but it started having some probs like it would say the batteries were dead when they weren't.  I hated to replace it, because it was a gift from Mom, and still just a wonderful camera when the batteries would function, but I decided it was time to get a new one since I wanna start working on the Etsy more.  Sooo I told my hubby to do his research thing, and told him I wanted it to be easy to use and small, but decent.
This is what I ended up with:

 And it's marvelous!  Remember I couldn't get pics of my earrings?  Check these pics out:

It's a little dark, but it's not blurry at all and shows so much detail!

And if you thought that was a major improvement, look at this one:

Those were both done with the camera just on the automatic setting. :D :D  I don't know much about photography at all, but I'm kind of in love with the second pic even though the earring isn't quite positioned right xD   Yay Etsy here we come!

Yay! I've made some more jewelry.  I tried to use a new.. uuhh medium if you will.  Idk how it turned out.  I've always wanted to make one of those necklaces that have the beads sorta "floating" with the knots holding them in place... however placing the knot proves harder than you'd think.  also I sorta messed up.  I didn't want it to be really.. symmetrical.. but now because I alternated bead types it sorta looks like I tried to be symmetrical and wasn't.  I also made some kind of cute drop earrings but my camera didn't like them at all.  It never takes good pics of the earrings.
The one rainbow necklace may look familiar but its because it was a requested variation of the first one I made.

Finally got a chance to do some more beading.  I apologize for the poor picture quality.  Was too lazy to dig out the camera so I used my phone.  Besides the phone can upload directly to photobucket which is major awesome.

Anyway this is what I've done tonight:

This necklace is one I had already made but it was too random and therefore laid funny, so I fixed it.  Not amazing but a little better:

Next on the list was the steampunk one I had bought findings for forever ago, and just couldn't figure out how to put it all together.

Yeah I know, it's rather weird but idk with just the right outfit it could be pretty nifty.

Anyway next I wanted something a little softer, so I went with some pastel pink and uuhh aqua? green? something...

I also made a set.... A rainbow mother of pearl set.  <3
I'm not like in love with the pendant, but I had already restrung it like twice due to technical difficulties and I do plan on actually making more of these.. whether rainbow or just two alternating colors:

I absolutely love this thing, and maybe one of these days if I have enough to sell at like a festival or maybe a flea market it can totally be used as a display.  Wish i'd gotten more lol.  It's like a coat hanger for jewelry.

I was going to post pics of all my beads int he containers that I had posted in chat, but realizing the pics didnt turn out so great and Kelle wanted me to label the beads but im too lazy at the moment.  Also not sure I'd ever have time to make what people suggested. lol.  But it was pretty uh.. almost disturbing how many I had lol.  Aannyyway hope you enjoyed and sorry for the massive amount of picspam.  Really though if I continue I might open up the etsy before too long.  Make some of this money back!

House plans

Coming to a decision today.  Hubby and I have been looking at some houses for sale, and one thing that we both have kind of realized is that we need to put a lot of work into this one.  Honestly I'm realizing I'm on here way too much anyway and I just need to start focusing on keeping up my home and my body.  We're either going to buy a new house and will need to clean this one up or we will stay here a while longer which will also involve us making an attempt to rearrange things in order not to feel so.. cramped.  (I am also sorta begining to think about starting a family.)  Why am I saying this?  Like I said I really need to cut back on my time here.  I'm not dropping anything, but I think I'm going to finish my assignments for this issue of Sensation and then resign.  I'll finish my comps, and I will still start Canvas, but other than what I'm finishing out, I'm only going to be a contestant in one comp at a time so I can focus on other things.  (My home, beading, my husband, and maybe getting fit.)  I love you guys to death, so just wanted to say don't take it personally if I'm not around *quite* as much.

Green Scene!

I finally did it!  I made some more pieces.  Three as a matter of fact, but one I am going to wait for approval before I show off.  I might actually post on etsy the next time I am off work! (That is, if I get my digital camera working.)  I apologize for the notsogreat picture quality.  My camera seems to refuse to acknowledge brand new batteries, so I had to use my phone. I've made two bracelets, but one of them I want to show to the recipient before I post, and I also made a necklace.

Necklace

A bracelet, earrings, and a... fail?

Well my title is backwards.  The fail is first.  I decided to attempt to incorporate my leather cord into a necklace.  I hadn't used it yet and it seemed simple enough to do.  The problem is that I tried too hard maybe?  It's nothing complicated, but idk it just didn't work, but I didn't take it apart.  I figured once I got the store up maybe there would be someone who didn't think it was as ugly as I think it is.

I'm just not sure at all what kind of shirt or dress that would actually look good with.  Meh.  But this is where the fail fades away and gradually gets better.  I decided I DID like the pattern and colors of the beads, and I don't make many bracelets, soooooOOOO:

I really like it, and I'm inspired now to make many more bracelets.  Now, for the finale, are the earrings I'd planned on making for a while.. almost since I got the beads.  They might be a bit long, but they aren't as heavy as they look:

I think it might help a tad if I remove the jump between the big hoop and the ear hook thing.  (the little circle)  I just felt like it would be a little stronger with it.  *shrugs*  We'll see, but otherwise I like, and actually think the picture turned out pretty cool with the shadowing :D

I finally got back to it

I've been pulling aside bits of time here and there to make another piece of jewelry.  I wouldn't consider it anything extremely unique, but I really like it.  I'm hoping to be able to send it to a buddy across the ocean, *nods to Blaz*.  Lets just hope shipping isn't absolutely insane.  Anyway just wanted to post this piece since my jewelry seems few and far in between anymore :(

It's pretty long, but I guess that must be the trend because I was out with muh friend (Abra) and all the necklaces were pretty freaking long.  I hope this isn't too long though lol.  I guess I could stand to take a few links out of the chain if it is :D
