Helpful Hints for Judging Competitions

I want to say thank you, PistolKitten for your support!  And many thanks to Sun and Blair putting up with my barrage of questions!!  

I'm really hoping this helps judges and contestants both to improve and that no one feels especially insulted.  I think I was a bit overwhelmed with judging when I first started, and still can be.  I think even just trying to gather from Sun and Blair and others what people want is helping me as well.
